Founded by Reuben, Wheelie Accessible is more than a guide — it's a labour of love dedicated to empowering those with mobility disabilities. This website is a work in progress, always being added to as adventures unfold.

With the Christchurch locations, Reuben's aim is to include experiences that are not necessarily tourist orientated, or labelled as accessible. These are places that might not usually be visited by people with mobility issues (such as the Allanvale Foreshore Walk) because they are unsure of its accessibility. Wheelie Accessible gives you detail about terrain and Reuben's experience navigating this and other obstacles in a wheelchair. It is his hope that wheelchair users will be able to get out and connect with nature in a way they haven't before.
