This mall is enornous with 7 stories and shops ranging from high end labels to fast food. It is completely accessible with elevators. It is a 20 minute drive from the CBD in low traffic times.
There is a free tourist shuttle from the Melbourne CBD which is also wheelchair accessible. This shuttle must be booked in advance.
The Tourist Shuttle departs and returns to Federation Square in the Melbourne CBD at Coach Bay #1 on the corner of Flinders Street and Russell Street Extension. This was a little difficult to find, just ask for directions from a local!
